When I visited Madrid I had tapas every day of course and these are reminiscent of the complimentary ones…not that there’s anything wrong with that. Great looking spread for only $30. And kudos to Zaneta’s friends. Easily the nicest group in the series. 👍
Las patatas se pochan en el aceite/ The potatoes are poached in the olive oil. The amount used isn’t enough with the oil you already used for the poaching you use it to cook the tortilla, the remaining olive oil is reserved for another dish. There is no need to bake it you just flip it and continue to cook it in the stove top.
